    Hi there, Vanessa here, owner, lead stylist and barbering specialist for ReThink Hair! 

I've been a resident in Millbrook for 30 years and I’m so excited to operate my salon in my beautiful hometown, to the wonderful and supportive Millbrook community!  Since Opening our doors July 2021, amidst a pandemic, we have been blown away by the support, interest and excitement from our clients and the community. We have had the utmost pleasure of getting to know so many kind and amazing people and take part in downtown events, something that is truly unique to Millbrook.  

When it comes to hair, my passion is barbering. But don't be fooled,  I’m not a one trick pony! I enjoy all aspects of hair! From delivering precise men's cuts and fades, to specialty blonding services; I love the unique challenge of delivering quality service to each one of my customers.  

Hi, I’m Erin! 

I’ve been a hairstylist for 12 years, and I absolutely love what I do. I completed my education and Art and Technique, Academy of Hair Design and now specialize in barbering/Fades, as well as colouring and blonding—helping my clients achieve looks that make them feel their absolute best. 

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of honing my skills while working in both Toronto and the Kawarthas, which gave me amazing opportunities to connect with a so many amazing clients.

I'm committed to making sure every appointment is as enjoyable as it is transformative for each and every one of my clients. 

When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me traveling and soaking up inspiration from new places.

Hi, Im Aliyah!

I studied at Durham Hairstylist Academy and I have been doing hair for 2 years now.

My passion is anything colour related! whether its a dimensional balayage, highlights or a bold new shade. I pride myself on bringing creativity, precision and care to every appointment. I am dedicated to learning the latest techniques and being up to date on hair care as the health of your hair is my number one priority as I want to  to help every guest feel their absolute best and leave 100% happy and confident!

When I'm not in the salon, I enjoy being active whether thats playing sports or going to the gym! I am also a huge shopaholic and love anything makeup or fashion related.

I studied hairstyling at Fleming College In Peterborough and absolutely fell in love with everything hair. 

My passion is everything colour and keeping up with the latest hair trends. Whether you are looking for a re-fresh or a big transformation i'm your girl! I love a lived in look or a bold colour, but most important I love making others feel happy and confident!
